Youth Club Tryout

By participating in any activities organized or facilitated by Level Up Volleyball, including but not limited to open play, clinics, leagues, tournaments, and special events, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as any rules and regulations set forth by the organization.

1. Eligibility: Participants must meet the eligibility requirements specified by Level Up Volleyball to participate in its activities. These requirements may include skill level placement, health and safety considerations, and any other criteria deemed necessary by the organization.
2. Health and Safety: Participants acknowledge and understand that engaging in physical activities carries inherent risks. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they are in suitable physical condition to participate in the activities offered by Level Up Volleyball. Participants should consult with a medical professional if they have any concerns about their health or fitness.
3. Code of Conduct: Participants must adhere to the code of conduct established by Level Up Volleyball. This includes treating others with respect, demonstrating good sportsmanship, refraining from any form of harassment or discrimination, and following the rules and regulations of the specific sport or activity. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion from the organization's activities.
4. Registration and Donation: Participants are required to register for specific activities organized by Level Up Volleyball. Registration details, including donations/payments, deadlines, and refund policies, will be communicated through the organization's designated channels. Failure to complete the registration process within the specified timeframe may result in exclusion from the activity.
5. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials, associated with Level Up Volleyball are owned by the organization. Participants are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing these materials without prior written consent from Level Up Volleyball.
6. Photographs and Media: Level Up Volleyball may take photographs, videos, or other media recordings during its activities. Participants acknowledge and grant the organization the right to use these recordings for training, promotional, and marketing purposes, both online and offline. If participants wish to opt out of such usage, they must notify the organization in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability: Level Up Volleyball and its representatives shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in its activities. Participants agree to release the organization from any liability, including but not limited to personal injuries, property damage, or theft.
8. Amendments and Modifications: Level Up Volleyball reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants will be notified of any changes through the organization's designated channels. Continued participation in the organization's activities after the modifications will constitute acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the activities of Level Up Volleyball shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New York State.
   By participating in any activities organized or facilitated by Level Up Volleyball, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
10. Prohibition of Selling Products and Services: Members of Level Up Volleyball are strictly prohibited from soliciting or selling products, services, or any commercial offerings to fellow members, coaches, mentors, or volunteers within the organization. This rule is in place to maintain a focus on sporting and wellness objectives and to prevent any undue influence or commercial exploitation within our community. If you have a legitimate need to promote a product or service related to our activities, please seek approval from the appropriate authority within the organization and adhere to any guidelines for such promotions.
11. Prohibition of Unauthorized Use as a Reference: Members and coaches of our organization are strictly prohibited from using the Level Up Volleyball name, reputation, or affiliations as a reference for positions or opportunities with other organizations or entities without prior expressed permission. The unauthorized use of the organization's name may lead to misunderstandings, misrepresentations, or unintended consequences, and it can harm the reputation of the organization. If you intend to use the organization as a reference, please seek explicit permission from the appropriate authority within the organization to ensure accuracy and transparency.
