How To Register For A GEVA Membership - Step-by-Step Guide

Here’s a guide to help you register your child for a GEVA (Garden Empire Volleyball Association) membership, which is required to participate in USA Volleyball-sanctioned events:

Registering Your Child for GEVA Membership

1. Create a SportsEngine Account (Parent)

• Go to GEVA’s Registration Page.
• Click Sign In at the top right and create a household account under your name.
• This account will manage your child’s membership and future renewals.

2. Access the GEVA Membership Portal

• Once signed in, return to the GEVA registration page.
• Click the blue registration link to begin the process.

3. Register Your Child

• Choose the appropriate Junior Membership for your child.
• Enter your child’s personal information (name, birthdate, etc.).
• Agree to the waivers and policies (including USA Volleyball terms).

4. Submit Payment

• Pay the membership fee securely through SportsEngine.
• Fees vary depending on the membership type and region.

5. Download Membership Card

• After registration, you’ll receive confirmation and access to your child’s membership card.
• Print or save it for club tryouts and tournaments.

Detailed Guide

1. Create your SportsEngine Profile First

Create a SportsEngine profile to manage people and memberships. Click on CREATE ACCOUNT

Create this profile for your child. Click on My Child.

Enter your child's information

Add parent/guardian information

When prompted to invite a parent/guardian, click on Skip for now.

Review your information and then click on Continue

Add a password and then click on Create Account.

2. Register for a GEVA Membership

Go to GEVA's website Membership Registration and click on GEVA/USAV Membership Registration.

This will take you to your SportsEngine profile. When prompted with "Who's this Membership for?" select your child.

Your child will be participating for a Season.

Your child will be in the Junior Competition Player category

Complete your child's profile

Agree to Volleyball Use Agreement & Release of Liability

Agree to USA Volleyball Code of Conduct

Agree to GEVA's Refund Policy

Review all the products required for the membership

Review your cart and Proceed to Checkout.
