Packing Checklist

Player Essentials

  • ✅ Uniforms (jerseys, spandex, socks)
  • ✅ Knee pads (bring a backup pair)
  • ✅ Volleyball shoes (plus casual shoes)
  • ✅ Warm-ups / hoodie / sweatpants
  • ✅ Water bottle (labeled)
  • ✅ Athletic tape, braces, recovery tools eg. massage gun
  • ✅ Hair ties, clips, headbands

Health & Recovery

  • ✅ Healthy snacks (protein bars, fruit, trail mix)
  • ✅ Electrolytes / hydration packets
  • ✅ Foam roller or massage ball
  • ✅ Personal meds / inhaler (if applicable)
  • ✅ Band-Aids, blister care

Travel & Venue

  • ✅ Phone + portable charger
  • ✅ Backpack or drawstring bag
  • ✅ Cash / card for parking & food
  • ✅ Tournament schedule / app access
  • ✅ Seating cushion or foldable chair (if allowed)

Hotel Must-Haves

  • ✅ Alarm clock (or backup phone alarm)
  • ✅ Slides or recovery sandals
  • ✅ Ice packs (hotel ice machines are gold)
  • ✅ Homework or school materials (if needed)

💡 Pro tip: Lay everything out the night before — missing knee pads at 6 a.m. is no one’s favorite memory.
