Club

At Level Up Volleyball (LUV), we’re more than a volleyball club — we’re a community driven by passion, purpose, and performance. Based in Bayside, NY, we help youths grow as athletes and as individuals in a competitive, supportive environment.

We offer a full-season program with skill training, team practices, strength and agility work, and tournaments. Our players push their limits, lift up their teammates, and bring intensity to every match — building confidence and a lifelong LUV for the game.

Practice Information

Start: January - May 2026
Frequency: 2x per week, 2 hours each
Locations: Bayside HS, MS158, MS172, Final locations to be confirmed in Oct.

Tournaments

Type: GEVA and AAU tournaments
Travel: 2-3 out of state and 3-4 locally

The tournament schedule will not be available until December and can still change. Our goal is to register for as many one-day tournaments in the GEVA area to maximize the playing experience. These tournaments are on the weekends and the team will play 3-5 matches. We will also participate in at least two to three multi day travel tournaments.

The athlete & parents are responsible for traveling to and from practice and all tournament sites. Most tournaments will be in the Tri-State area. Our goal is to reduce travel as much as possible. The overnight tournaments will also be within driving distance. Team parents will also be connected to help smooth travel issues out.

Age Groups

Age divisions are determined by USA Volleyball. Age cutoff is July 1. Athletes may try out for an older age group but not younger.
15 and Under Division (15U): Born on or after July 1, 2010

Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to be as transparent as possible about our policies. When a player accepts a roster spot with Level Up Volleyball, we make immediate financial and operational commitments on their behalf.
Your club fees are used to secure:
Gym rentals and practice space for the entire season
Tournament entries (most are paid months in advance and are non-refundable)
Uniforms, equipment, and training tools
Coaching salaries and certifications
Because these costs are committed upfront and cannot be recovered, all club fees and deposits are non-refundable — even if a player chooses to leave the team, misses practices/tournaments, or is unable to play due to injury, schedule changes, or personal reasons.

This policy ensures we can honor our commitments to coaches, facilities, tournaments, and — most importantly — your child’s teammates. Each roster spot affects the whole team’s season, and your commitment helps us provide the best experience possible for every athlete.

We appreciate your understanding and partnership in keeping our program strong and sustainable for all players.
